Culinary Institute of Virginia is focused on providing the most up-to-date and relevant curriculum available in the competitive field of food service. Our faculty is comprised of culinary professionals who have worked in fine dining establishments, national chains, convention centers, resorts, and managed large industrial operations.
It is our mission to help you develop a strong educational foundation steeped in culinary skills, management, and hospitality. From there, you can learn how to blend food science with culinary techniques, and presentation skills to create dishes that will dazzle and amaze.
The AAS Culinary Arts degree program at the Norfolk Campus of the Culinary Institute of Virginia of ECPI University is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF).
